This ornament has a carved starburst pattern with slip trailed dots and gold luster accents.

These elegant handmade porcelain ornaments are slip cast to be light and ready for my delicate decoration. Each and every ornament is lovingly hand decorated and glazed one by one, making each unique from the next. After bisque firing the ornaments are glazed and fired to 2,232 degrees in an electric kiln. Next, the ornaments are hand-painted with real gold, platinum or mother-of-pearl lusters and fired a third (sometimes fourth) and final time. Each ornament comes on a wind-in ornament hook to keep them secure on real or faux branches.
