Limited Edition Holiday House/Incense Cone Burner #4

Limited Edition Holiday House/Incense Cone Burner #4
These hand-built porcelain house sculptures will bring a joyous hygge vibe to your home throughout the season.
First, the parts for the house were designed in illustrator. Then I created red and green colored porcelain by staining it with mason stains. Once the colored clay has dried out and is ready to work, I created a red and white marbled batch for the roof shingles. After rolling the thin porcelain slabs each house is hand cut and assembled part by part. The roofs’ shingles are cut from the marbled clay and added one by one. The candy canes are carefully coil rolled and twisted with the red and white porcelain. The wreaths are textured and applied. Finally, I slip trailed the icey snow melt along the roofline, chimneys and wreaths. The interiors are glazed in clear as are the roof, candy canes, and snow to contrast the silky raw white porcelain house.
Each house sits on a thin platform so you can raise it up to put an incense cone or led light inside. Each house comes with a small red porcelain pinch dish to hold your incense cone and ashes. If soot buildup from the incense happens inside your roof, simply clean with mild dish soap and soft sponge.
When lit they emit a soft glow all around through the beautiful translucent porcelain and the incense flows out of the chimney. Truly a delight to watch.
Houses are approx 4”L x 3.5”W x 5.5”H
There will be 4 limited edition houses available this year. Once they are gone, they are gone. My plan is to release a different holiday house next year.
Use Flameless LED tea light or votive to light them up!
