Quarantini: Blushing Vesper

These recipes were created in conjunction with my article Marvelous Martini’s, originally published in the May/June 2019 issue of Pottery Making Illustrated, which featured my process for creating my 2 part porcelain martini cups. I thought it was the perfect time to release the recipes separately, so you can enjoy while you’re practicing self-isolation and social distancing. Blushing Vesper

1oz Vodka
1 ½oz Gin
1 ½oz Cocchi Rosa

Pour all ingredients over ice, stir until chilled. Strain into a martini glass **try topping with a splash of club soda or sparkling wine.

Garnish: fresh seasonal berries

Tasting Notes: Spin on a classic and Bond favorite. The traditional Lillet Blanc is replaced here with a double portion of Cocchi Rosa. Dry and herbaceous, the vesper is refreshing yet liquor forward.
